Terms and Conditions me9 — Official Platform Terms of Use

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the me9 website, mobile app, and all services provided by the me9 platform ("Services"). By accessing or using any part of the me9 platform, you acknowledge that you have read and fully understood these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please stop using the me9 platform immediately. Continued use following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

2 User Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the me9 platform, you must meet the following requirements:

• Having full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not listed among individuals prohibited from gambling activities
• Providing accurate, truthful, and complete registration information
• Each individual is only allowed ONE account — duplicate accounts will be terminated
• Accounts are non-transferable, may not be sold, or shared with any other party

During registration, you are required to provide your full name, phone number, and valid bank account details. This information is used solely for identity verification (KYC) purposes and to securely process your financial transactions.

Me9 reserves the right to request additional documents for identity verification purposes at any time. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension or termination of the account.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Financial Transactions

Me9 supports a wide range of popular payment methods in Malaysia, including FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost Wallet. All financial transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment channels.

• The minimum deposit is RM 10 per transaction
• Withdrawals are processed in under 5 minutes to local Malaysia bank accounts
• The minimum withdrawal is RM 30 per transaction
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed
• Funds may only be withdrawn to a bank account registered under the same user's name
• me9 does not charge any processing fees for standard deposit and withdrawal transactions

Me9 reserves the right to delay or reject any withdrawal request suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, me9 will notify the user and may require additional supporting documents before the transaction can be processed.

4 Bonuses, Promotions & Special Offers

• Each bonus has a rollover requirement that must be met before a withdrawal is permitted

5 User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

Me9 users are required to conduct themselves in a responsible manner and respect all platform policies. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account termination:

• Any form of fraud, game manipulation, or exploitation of system vulnerabilities
• Use of automated software (bots), scripts, or third-party tools to influence game outcomes
• Money laundering or using the platform for any illegal financial purposes
• Sharing your account or granting access to any other party to use your account
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other members or me9 staff
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to me9 systems or carrying out any form of cyberattack
• Registering an account using a false identity or inaccurate information

Me9 uses an advanced monitoring system to detect any suspicious activity. If your account is suspected of involvement in any prohibited activity, me9 reserves the right to suspend the account and hold funds while an investigation is conducted.

6 Privacy & Data Protection
